Eligibility
To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unworn and in its original condition
- Returned in its original packaging, with all tags and accessories included
- Accompanied by proof of purchase (order number or confirmation email)
How to Start a Return

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval of your refund. Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may require additional time to post the refund to your account.
Exchanges

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item. We will arrange a free replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you — no questions asked.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and quality reasons, items that have been worn, altered, or damaged through misuse are not eligible for return.
