We are proud to deliver Pelandro® timepieces to customers around the world, with a focus on the United States, United Kingdom, Canada, Australia, and New Zealand.
Order Processing
All orders are processed within 24 business hours (Monday to Friday). Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are processed the next business day. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your order ships.
Shipping Times
Once shipped, estimated delivery times are typically 7–15 business days, depending on your location. Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing or factors beyond our control.
Tracking
Every order includes full tracking. You will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your timepiece every step of the way.
Customs & Duties
For international orders, any customs fees or import duties (where applicable) are determined by your local authorities and are the responsibility of the customer. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping cost.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost in transit, contact us at you@email.com and we will work with the carrier to resolve it quickly — including a replacement or refund where appropriate.
